New Year New Diet?

What's your favourite diet for this time of year? Have you gained a few pounds with all the rich food ? How do you lose it?

For me I swear by exercise and the contraversial Atkins diet. it works really well and makes me feel much healthier, what about you?

I just go back to low carb, like Atkins, after one of my anxiety bouts. Pretty hard to wean myself from chocolate  :smt003 , but I have been without it for nearly a week now.

Funnily enough, dieting puts me off my usual exercise routine. Hope to get back on track asap, though.  :smt016

I stick to high-protein, moderate carbs (consisting of whole grains and complex carbohydrates) and low fat. If I keep this ratio along with consistent eating of small, clean meals, it always works with no-fail. Exercise of course is in the mix but that's the most easiest part.
