aelis ,i actually saw my sister bleeding .she was in her 5th month of pregnancy . thats why i was scared to tell anyone about this . the next morning i heard a death news .my sister is doing fine as far as i know .so i wanted to know if there was any connection . i tried out the silver cord exercise...

i think u could be right .see i did th mediatation u suggested .i had a burning sensation in the lower half of the body (while healing) ..i.e the 6th n 7th chakra .what does it mean ?
