Yes hun i think it happens to a lot of people who have a very well developed intuition, i have found that mediation, release the anxiety of the thing and i am to see more clearly how to avoid it unless it is something out of  my control.

Everyone needs to listen, and prepare themselves we each have a role. what will be yours. know one knows but yourself.
So i feel everyone like you said needs to prepare themselves for this time and be ready.

What you are seeing is very true, but know one knows which way it will go, the point is are you a survivor are ready to survive, and live your life in a very simple matter, and able to teach all those around you, how.
So take a deep look into yourself and answer these questions.

Keep aware of those feelings my dear, don't linger on what you felt, open yourself up, don't block what you feel and see and all will come clear to you, it may feel like dejavue but it will all come clear.

This is a wonderful lesson, and so true, but does take alot of work, because fear and anger, are almost the same if u step out out of fear then the anger will never be.
