random vs centered

I've tried most of the bells and whistles in the few days I have used the program, and I have concluded that random annoys me. When the msg flickers here and there it disrupts my attention. When the msg is centered, I know where to expect it to appear and I quickly forget about it. Just my opinion.

what is "bad" ???

If it feels bad for you, it may be harmful. If it feels neutral or good, it may be that. Most people enter an altered state when they zone in front of the tube or listen to music. You may simply be using the teevee to change your headspace after work. If the electronics in your space interfere with ...

blood diamonds

Hi! I am not referring to a specific kind of diamond, but to their reputation. They are sometimes called war diamonds, dirty diamonds, conflict diamonds because of their use in trade for weapons. The conditions of the miners in Africa and the use of diamonds to fund civil wars in Africa has received...

diamonds

I hope not blood diamonds, but diamonds just the same. They feel benign, like a no-vibe stone, so I am very comfortabe with them. Other stones have personalities. I am affirming that these are not blood diamonds and that their being mined brought no harm to anyone.

"test" flashing fixed

I flushed the program and manually deleted the folder, as suggested below,  and downloaded a fresh program, and it's working fine. I Think the original download was faulty because it came from a mirror site. The 2nd one was directly from mysticboard. I would still like to know what "unlock" is ...

never use reverses

I read for years, for myself and friends, and took several classes in Tarot reading. Look at my age... you could find a lot of classes back in the day... and there were always divided opinions about reverses. Some said they put a fine point on the reading and some, like myself, think the reverse mea...

back to Pluto

I once asked an astrologer how long I'd live :) Longer than I thought already! Anyway, she said something about return of Pluto to a certain placement could be a time of concern, that in those years (many years apart) I could leave the planet. What would she have been seeing in the chart? It's been ...

why do we have to post our age?

I'm new, does that say it all?! And I'm 60, so there! But I was surprised to see that fact show up by my name. I'm a gently aging hippy and believe me, it shocks me more than it does you to see my age in print. The number looks older than I am, than I feel, than I think. I am timeless but the candle...

depends on where/how I am living

I do now, and it is a sleep deterent and an addictive indulgence, but in this household it's appropriate as we have more private space than communal. When I have lived in other environments, I never had a tube in the bedroom, to keep it clear of the a) electrical disturbance b) impulse to stay up al...

lost word wrap on post

My last post ran off to the right for a mile as I typed it, and when posted, none of the posts on the page were word wrapped, they all ran off to the right. This time looks OK, but if it happens again, can you tell me what I have done incorrectly? Should I abort the post and refresh the page? Thanks.

Graves' and lab tests

I'm new to the forums so excuse me if I am butting in. I have Graves' disease and it shows readily in my blood work, the thyroid function being obviously skewed. It occurs to me that because the thyroid is such a delicately balanced organ, treating it when it is not malfunctioning could be iffy. Wou...

New from the Southwest

Hello forum members! I am excited to have discovered this software and the forum. I was a practicing clinical hynotherapist for ten years, then let my license lapse and moved into a new field, but I know from experience that subliminals work. The framing of them is important however, in that positiv...
