I quit smoking 2 months ago using hypnosis.  It's not easy and it's day to day, but I don't have the cravings I used to and it's a lot easier to just not think about it.  It's very tough when I'm drinking, because that's when I smoked the most but thankfully I don't drink that much.  ...
