Thank you drrnwynbchnbrqr for your input.  I am certainly looking at your suggestion that a postnasal drip can be irritated by an allergy to mold, dust, dust mites, pollen or animal dander.  That rings bells for me!! I do work in a very dusty place and I do have a cat which I love to bits ...

Yes I have also tried salt water with no luck what so ever!  I l also do physical exercise daily,but that does not seem to help either! It is really irritating don't you agree?

Can someone please help us??????

Hi there,  Wise words from both Spiritalk and Stan. However if you still find it difficult to access your memory on your own, perhaps you might like to try Hypnotherapy. Really wonderful results have been achieved through this type of treatment.
