I can accept that, whenever i have to write something for english most of the time i find myself rapidly typing and eventually becoming less aware of what im doing and can write some nice stuff that passes for english (after heavy editing of course).

If by positive you mean desiring positive results? Then yes. As a tool and motivator i find hatred to be an excellent driving force but still i would much prefer to live without the emotion, but i think that is pretty wishful thinking with the world what its like.

Well they used to but a few years ago they did acknowledge its existance and nothing more. I to would like to see what they are building there but more likely i think ...

Why didn't i notice this thread earlier? Took me 3 months of searching to get a copy ordered in for me, loved Atlas Shrugged and am currently trying to get my hands on some of her other books.

Looking for as much Objectivist literature as i can find, very very interested in it as a life philosophy.

To be honest i've always thought of it as overdone and crass.

I wrote it in about twenty mintues for an english project on the last day (damn you procrastination)

I got an award for it and tons of praise but i never really liked it myself. Strange.

I always think that hatred is there for a reason.  You need it to stop you from doing something thats going to hurt you.  Its a difficlt emotion to sustain as it requires alot of effort to hate something for a long period of time.  So perhaps the hatred turns into something more effective like dete...

Just a thread to talk about and recomend Classical music, definately my favourite genre, my favourite composers are Tchaikovsky, Vivaldi, Strauss (Johann) and Prokofiev.

Anyone interested in getting a binaural beat program could try www.bwgen.com, the free version is limited and the full version is expensive but i use it fairly often to try and initiate lucid dreams or study (Study Aid has helped from time to time). For those who dont know what it is. Basically its ...

Fraud.

I find it interesting that she has accepted to take James Randis $1000000 paranormal challenge, hell even on TV and yet after she accepts to take his test she never take it, she ignores Randi and goes on with her little charade.

Perhaps it means that with great risk comes great reward, maybe a current need in your life is compelling you to somehow fix it but this will be a big risk and that you should share the rewards of the venture.

Old poem of mine

Wrote this ages ago, thought i'd post it here. The Mining of Perception Lies are all around us They cloud the mind and leave the truth as dust But there are those who seek truth With pickaxes of snooping And shovels with ends sharp and looping They look for truth to shine in this dark world. They st...
