I like them and I think that if they are good quality, £5 each isn't bad. However that would have to be retail - I should hope you could get them for much less if you were planning to sell them.

Perhaps you could use them as a bob for a pendulum as well?

At the moment, I am reading mainly from the Revelations Tarot, which has two figures per card, one for upright and one for reversed. I like the Morgan Greer as well - both decks have good cartoony artwork, which I find aids my visual sense and awareness while reading intuitively.

"People don't want a date with destiny, they just want a date with a dentist."

A political figure once said that, and it's too true. At the end of the day, people just want to be left alone to live their own lives rather than dragged into someone's master plan for the universe.

Releasing fear of the future

I think I'm actively stopping things from happening because of the fear and apprehension I have about them not happening. At the moment I can imagine things going right, but when they do start to move, something always keeps them from going right enough to give me the hand up that I need to make som...

I think that computerised readings may be a way for readers to get their own readings free from their own inner emotions which often cloud judgement on personal issues. Any reader who thinks they can read accurately for themselves is either a master at controlling their desires and wishes or does no...

Pre-destination in a sense is a matter of time having been "recorded". Just as we think the future is mutable and that we have a choice to (say) go to work or call in sick, pre-destination has already decided what we do in advance and, through things like the tarot, can show us what happens a week i...

This might be a cognate or handmaiden of the Empress (just like Qu Cups performs a similar role to the High Priestess) - but less interested in sex and more interested in money. A very solid and matronly woman, matriarchal, householder and housekeeper. It's my mother's significator, but of late when...

Personally I think your theory is how you believe it works. I answered "plausible" even though I disagree, since the tarot works how we believe it works, and even if we don't believe, it still works. (Try doing it for a sceptic and I guarantee by the end of the evening you will have given them a bit...

Spiritualism has given us a lot of insight into the issue of reincarnation, and though it might be like the proverbial blind men and an elephant (that is, each of us sees what we want to see, given our own prejudices or religious beliefs), many belief systems have the idea of reincarnation firmly em...

Now there's a fascinating idea. I hadn't thought about it like that... but it makes very good practical sense, and I'm slowly coming to discard the needs of logic in all of this.

The nature of balance is to accept the earthly flesh but aspire to Heaven. As a human I have certain needs; many who are able to rise above the satisfaction of those needs are able then to pursue further enlightenment, just as societies who have risen above subsistence level are able to develop indu...

Re: abhi

FYI Abhi you and somoene else have the same pattern ... and same similar behaviors!  Only thing different is you come right out and do them and he hides! People are connected to each other, and like often attracts like. I have noticed reading tarot that cards often come up for the people I read for...

On reflection haematite might not be the best to put on the desk, too magnetic and not good around electronics. I have heard of some psychics who try to tape readings, only to find that nothing gets recorded, and I think I drained my iPod of power during a very stressful day, just by touching it. Th...
