I was wondering if anyone had any updates for this post as I just started this today and am very psyched up on it.  I have had it running for a while and feel like my brain is buzzing...or playing tricks on me.  Just curious what is happening with people that are using this long term?

I only got migraines when I was pregnant with my son for like a month.  Although I have to say I am still pretty sensitive to light since then.  I have always been senstive to sunlight (can't step outside without sunglasses) but since those headaches...I am real sensitive to florencent lig...

I just found this board this morning and was too compelled not to join.  I so adore mystic ideas.  I am just starting to try out the subliminal software. I am curious to see if that works for me.  I am also curious to see about the other different programs that are available.
