It seems whenever I try to meditate and get the "monkey brain" still I fall asleep before I get to concentrate on what's going on around me.

My name is Leslie, I have been practicing hypnosis since I was a teenager (I'm 50 something now). I am interested in spiritual, mind body therapies, etc. I hope to learn from this group.
