I use self hypnosis alot.

I have not but would be interested in doing so.  It would have to be someoe i trust, as if, not a hoax, or someone with little experience.  The problem is how do you know its actually true?  Thats the only question I would have but definately open to exploring it

It is only dangerous if you have a history of mental health issues, if not then no it is not dangerous

I do believe in reincarnation, when we are reincarnated I dont know. Some say we are given a choice as to when others dont have any answers.  I think that we all have something to learn and perhaps repeat the process until we "get it". Maybe???
