At the moment it's Lewis Black's Root of All Evil.

All-time fave is probably the X-Files.

Absolutely.  Knowing that others care, even from afar, is very comforting.  The positive energy they send your way can be an amazing pick me up as well.

I don't know about xenoglossy, but I've engaged in somniloquy for many years.   I've heard some amusing stories about myself from friends, a former roommate & my parents. Sometimes I've even woken up just in time to hear myself talking or singing aloud. Apparently my youngest cousin does it too...

Ok, sorry about the length. This is copied from my journal from '04.  Believe it or not, I've actually left some of it out.  Anyway, it's about turtle being one of my totem animals & the journey I took/am still taking in understanding it. *** When I was growing up, my grandparents & parent...

Oh yeah.  Happened this morning.  Someone was bothering me; I told them to stop, they kept doing it, I finally turned around & stuck my elbow out at the same time, giving them an elbow to the gut & yelled "Knock it off!" I actually woke myself up at that point; I was in mid-swing & I'd yel...

Anton Bruckner's 4th symphony.
Listen with headphones on & your eyes closed.
Lean back & enjoy the beautiful mental images you get.

On shoutcast, I like the Chillout Lounge, The Space Station & Space Station Soma.

I've also loved Hearts of Space since before I'd heard of the internet.

I don't think so. This would preclude asexual types & renunciates (monks, nuns, etc) from experiencing that oneness. And I'd bet that most renunciates would say that their sacrifice brings them closer to the Source. I think it all depends on your faith system.  If you see sex as a spiritual exp...

I honestly couldn't tell if it's true, but it sounds possible.

You can always ask for protection from your angels, or God/dess, or declare that entities who aren't of your choosing -or who aren't looking after your wellbeing- are banned from interacting with you.

I would think it might.  I don't think we're ever given symbols that are completely unfathomable; they are often important messages.  We all have our different contexts according to what we believe or don't believe in. Whether our dreams come from the Creator or come from our subconscious,...
