Frankincense you say...:)....*grins*....what do you know about the Liquidambar orientalis Miller tree.....these trees create "frankincense forests" here (Turkey)....

which is why we are spoilt and prefer liquid styrax and storax bark (frankincense) in our daily aromatherapy rituals...:D

um...resins need not necessarily be in solid form tho....then again people seemingly NEVER use the word "oleoresin" so differentiation is difficult at best....

Liquid styrax is an (oleo)resin for example...

Hi everyone :)

We are Nilüfer & Emrah hailing from southwest Turkey...we both like the site, informative and enjoyable too so thanks... :) Anyway, we are in the aromatherapy scene from the Oriental sweetgum (liquid styrax) angle...how can we not be tho, we literally live in the endemic heartland of the LoM tree......
