Nice to meet you. I am a Healing Hands practitioner so we have a common interest. My experience started with self-healing out of necessity. I am also interested in all kinds of other things - tarot, Runes, dowsing, meditation, etc, etc, etc.

I have used the Tarot for years and found it to be of great benefit as a personal practice.  There are a few good books available and keeping a journal of your readings can be very helpful. If you need any titles let me know.

I hope you enjoy the Runes. I have been using them for quite some time and find them quite helpful. It might also help to keep a journal of your spreads.

Usually it is harder to read for yourself than for other people. If you are a visual person, the cards will be a help. If you are kinesthetic, I would suggest
using the Runes, too, and to be aware of your feelings/impressions as they come to you.
