I would say that moonstone can be that perfect, but that does not look like moonstone.  It looks like cat's eye (a synthetic- man made glass).  Although it is pretty, it is not  a crystal.

The first looks like it may be a calcite and the 2nd is definitely looks like a Quartzite (massive Quartz)
