I have used a similar recipe the only difference was, I used Lavender instead of Myrtle to relieve sinus congestion. Place the drops in a bowl of water (I prefer distilled water), soak a wash cloth, wring out, place over the sinus area (eyes, nose, cheeks), for 10 to 15 minutes.

Citronella is about the best, but I would make a blend of citronella and some other essential oils but citronella is good on it's own for mosquitos. Headlice
There are essential oils to prevent or control headlice but even easier, blow dry the hair. I had problems when my daughter was young, a friend told me wash and blow dry the hair. After receiving the advice, no more problems. Hope this helps.
