I am a leo mom. I dont think this is particulary true to leos. I think this can be said about any mom.
ALso I have daughters and a son and my son is no more or less special to me than my 2 girls.

i am in the same boat. needing to find a good preschool. i worry that if something happens to my child or if my child is hurt abused by an adult at the school she wont be able to express it. thats the worst of my fears...

sometimes parents and their grown children do not need to live together. My mom an I for example. Alot of bad history between us.So yes convalescent homes are still needed.
Even in still I would take her in if necessary when she gets old.

Each situation is different. I went through this as the chlid and they asked me who I wanted to live with. I think no one person should chose. Everyones oppinion and preference should be counted and the decision made that is best for the child
