i'm trying to learn scrying and i've had a few attempts and obviously being early days i'm struggling to interpret what i'm seeing - typically i see eyes and a face, a female face with distinct features. I did see a frog at one point but i think my mind may have been wondering.......could anyone len...

i been doing tarot for 2 years and recently started learning healing techniques, scrying and other things, but now i'm opening up i can feel people's auras affecting my mood and attitudes more than people used to.

what can i do to stop this happening?

Yeah, I'm definately serious - I've been reading the tarot for 2 years and get very good results....I just want to broaden my horizons with other methods....

where can i find good books or sites on scrying - and whats the best equipment to use?

well i'm in the UK, i think i know where the local spiritualist church is....but i really don't know where to start. they have all catagorised groups - i dunno if its the jargon, but i don't know which is the best for what i'm looking for.

i read a few books on certain areas of psychic development...and most recently, mediumship. It brought up a tip which i hadn't thought of but now seems obvious - development circles. To be fair, i've googled to try to find a close-by open circle i could use to take the first steps in the right direc...

You take care of your health. Need lots of exercises. to prevent health problems like blood sugar. A doubting mind. Probably the loner types.   Exercise will do you wonders!! Well what you could have seen is what i would call a soulspark or in other terms a manifest expression from the subconscious or from the soul its self, your energy work could have in theory have provided for a need lacking in the persons life. Having a expression like that could we have consequence...
