Most doom sayers are religious or ideologically orientated, they try to instil fear to gain recognition and followers. Without scientists, seekers of knowledge and understanding, you wouldn't have your computer to chat on, nor your car, or electricity. You'd probably be living in poverty within a r...

Premature obituary.
Common sense lives on in those of us who still value it, even when our elected rulers prefer processes to measure it.

Feedback from users!
This is an interesting post.
It would be even more interesting to hear from some ancient cultures whose sages used chemical enhancers to "enter" the spirit world through trance etc.

I spend so much time wanting people to like me that I forget to be the real me.. And those types of people I should not worry about as they put down oth...

Ancient posts!
Are all of the forum users now experts in the book of change? I've been trying to find out if any users still use the I-Ching but all of the posts, apart from my recent ones, are years old!
Why oh why?

Re: Hex ?
Whats the deal with placing an "x" or an "o" in the broken lines of the hexograms? All of the above answers are good and relevant. What they do not explain are that the placing of X or O in lines also generates 2 hexagrams to give a more in depth answer to your question. Hope this helps! :smt002
Re: Tao chi
Tao chi and i ching what is the diffrence? Nation>? Good question. :) You can think "Tai Chi" is a point/spot or infinite big space. I-Ching is a book to explain everything happened on the earth. Tai-Chi creates Yin and Yang. Yin and Yang create 5 elements and 8 quo/qwa. 8 quo/qwa developed 64 qwa...

Re: predicting the future with i ching
Hello, I am from Vietnam and very much interested in I ching. I often cast the coins everyday and find out that the oracles are amazingly accurate. For example some days ago I casted the coins for 3 times continuously and all the three results showed that I would go to the toilet at the next hour o...

I just bought a beautiful oracle last night called the Dragon Oracle. It has several things in it, inlcuding a Chinese oracle with the 12 animals, a Feng Shui compass, and three coins for use in I Ching. I'd never used I Ching before, and I read that is it also done with yarrow sticks, though the...
