u are not supposed to copy from anywhere. Whrite something about urself for abt one A4 size page. and sign ur official signature thrice and also write ur full name after ur signature.

try scanning or else like for others i wont gaurantee a full fleged analysis.

I exactly mean it there is nothing hidden in this. After the house maid washes it off check it agian it is not really clean. Also keeping the utensils unwashed for long hrs is bad.
