I personally love the Touchstone Tarot by Kat Black. Sure, it's a RW clone of sorts, but it's so well done, and those faces . . .they tell me almost everything I need to know.  And my clients love the deck - Every card holds their interest.

I agree with Cedars. You have to accept the Queen is part of your life right now and, in time, she will reveal why. you could be wasting your time and effort doing so many readings for the same purpose each time

I think enumero123 says it all very nicely. The only thing I might add is if the going has seemed uncomfortable or rough, it will, in a very short while become smoother. As water is calmer nearer the shore.

My current favorite is Kat Black's Touchstone Tarot, but since I'm still getting a feeling for the cards, I do my serious readings with my 20 year old Morgan-Greer deck

I personally don't believe it matters if you turn them side to side, or head over heels, as long as you always flip them the same way.  A couple of the older books out there say to flip them side to side, but these same books are full of very precise rituals in order to perform a reading.  ...

A simple three card spread answers "yes" - with a  Nine of Cups in the middle (present) and a ten of cups in the future.  Two very good cards I believe.
