Well in that case, my heart goes out to your friend(s). Sounds like a major imbalance of power. Maybe you could try just listening. We don't always have all the answers and in my experiences, a lot of people just want to talk about their problems. They ask questions, thinking they want the answers. ...

Krishna,   Never thought about it in that perspective, but what you said just really makes sense to me. My brother claims he is an atheist and is soon coming to visit. I might debate that with him and tell him what you just posted. I'd love to see if he could come up with some sort of justifica...

All I seem to be listening to these days is Eminem, Dre, and Lil Wayne. Which is funny because I'
ve never listened to rap in the past... nut I have a tendency to switch genres after several years.

Well... while a lot of men have the tendency to do those things sometimes, not all men. But even if we could stereotype all men into one category, there's no one answer for those questions. What was happening at home to make the man leave and not tell his wife? Were the men speaking ill of women to ...

Start writing it down. Make a list. Sometimes writing it down helps you to remember. I'm absent-minded, mainly when I'm trying to leave the house. It's not unusual for me to unlock the door to get something I forgot, which usually makes me late. I've been trying to become more organized and stop pro...

I recently took up Ballet. It's such a great workout but I love the healthy 'escape from reality.' Like yoga, it's a great de-stresser. I feel so graceful and pretty while dancing...lol

It might put her behind a little but don't sweat it too much. My son has autism and his social skills were behind that of kids his age, not too long ago. Now he's completely caught up! The point is, it's amazing how quick these bright kids can absorb and learn. I know how you feel not being able to ...

As a parent, I find that when I trust my gut, I'm never sorry. I find the more I rely on myself for the answers, I need advice and opinions less and less. I do know when to ask for help, though. A parent must know when it's time to ask for/ or accept assistance.
