I don't know how to make this smaller

I am concerned that I am pregnant now.  I hope I am.  I want one more, my husband is deployed he just left a couple weeks ago.  I'm also interested in anything about our marriage, kids and career.

It worked for both of mine.  I don't understand why it doesn't for some people.
