I am drawn to most nature things. I can communicate with alot of different animals and have done for awhile. My natural connection is with the wolf. As far as inner energy I'm not sure what that means. I have learned reiki and love the connection that I get from that.

I've never used it for either of those but they are great ideas. I just pull the card and see who will be with me for the day. I have thought at the end of the day to see how each has helped me.

Reiki can mend damaged or even blocked chakra's. If you know of anyone who does reiki ask them to give you some. They can scan you with their hands or with a pendulum to find the area's most needed.
