Essential Oils for Scars

I have found that using Frankincense, Patchouli, Sage, Helichrysum and Elimi HELP soften, fade scars. Dilute in a carrier oils, Aloe, Vitamin E, Rose Hip Seed, Sweet Almond. Do NOT use on open wounds.

Sore Throat Blend

I use Marjoram, Ginger, Chamomile, Thyme, Lemon and Geranium in Jojoba and Olive Oil. Massage neck and throat areas. Use TOPICALLY, not internally. Works well!

Organic Oils are also sometimes grown in VIRGIN SOIL if possible or soil that has been rested and tested.

Headaches

Lavender and Chamomile relieve and mimimize pain from headaches. Peppermint is cooling ( but can be skin sensitive). Wintergreen is an analgesic.  Hope this helps.

Essential Oils that refresh the body and mind

The essential oils, Rose Geranium (Palma Rosa), Basil, Peppermint (can be skin sensitive), and my favorite, Rosewood can all be used to freshen the mind. Citrus oils work well also.

White Lotus

Lotus oil is almost impossible to obtain. A friend of mine, traveling in Turkey, brought a bottle back to me. It is my most revered oil. Nothing can come close to this fragrance. Lovely!
