I've read the mango and its tree are sacred in places. Anyone care to elaborate?

Here's my right hand for comparison. If you have even an opinion about my left palm, I'd like to hear it.

I can't stop wondering whether I have an extra horizontal line or not. Or for that matter, what to make of my hand. Any feedback would be appreciated!
