Well, I am totally agree that vegetables have numerous benefits for our body.
Mixed vegetable soup is really helpful to reduce body fat level. Vegetables are good source of vitamins and minerals. Cabbage is a good source of protein. Vegetables are good for our skin and protect us from many diseases.

I want to suggest some diet tips.
Eat less but more frequent, don't skip your meal it will never be useful for fitness.
Use low calories and high protein foods.
Use egg with your breakfast.
Use lemon juice in the morning and orange juice in the evening.
Do regular exercise. Running would be best.
