I like that you opened up! Sometimes putting yourself on the line like that is the best therapy. You vent, get it off your chest and it gives you a sec to step back and look at it from a different perspective. Plus you get a chance for feedback and support!

That is excellent advice!!! I am surrounded by negativity.... I keep trying to stay more positive, but it does get really trying at times. You are very welcome! I have my own fair share of troubles with depression, anger, and drugs. It's hard dealing with it all when there isn't many that you can share with! I am trying to get back to the right path again. I am sending you a load loving light!!
