With photo reviews I would ask if smoke was present or nearby and if breath and the temperature might have created a fog/mist.

I tend to agree with Tish, there are locations that appear to 'enhance' abilities.  Look for natural energy generators - water falls, under ground springs, etc. - also take into consideration power plants - some sites have energy generators which might highten our natural abilities. Cassadaga, ...

Most often orb photos are discounted merely from viewing the photo, IMHO one should inquire if there might be any unusual aspects during the time the photo was taken as well. Air borne particles will reflect the flash, as well as moisture - again - what were the environmental conditions at tthe time...

For the most part I say yes it does, but our mind set comes into play as well - so attitude and outlook in general seem to attract the like energies.
