i agree with saorsa, dun get lied by the ads on net, study it from books and torrents, that would be better then wasting money online and get nothing

hypnosis is suggestion with the help of hypnotic trance to make the patient easier to imagine and sense what the hypnotherapist is suggesting.

NLP is not an art nor a science subject,
in fact, NLP is more of combination of both 2 subjects
i have the interest in studying NLP but my country(Malaysia) is not offering any courses in univercities...
anyway, it's kinda fun study and if you hav the chance to learn, learn it.

try lucid dreams , though it looks easy to achieve, i only make it when i ain't stressed.
lately i am quite tensed with my study and relationship, so i hav no time to do rt or reality test...
hope i can make it back soon cuz i can control everything there and kill any1 i hate in my lucid dream:)

i personally believe reincarnation but i think there is no reason to know my past-existance as that can only stress me out.. for me unless if u hav trauma or phobia which u suspect are related to ur past-life, there is no need to care about our past... wat we need is to worry about our future and no...
