If it feels really uncomfortable, move your hands to another position. Anyway, the feeling uncomfortable may be due to the "untying" the knot, or dissoving the energy blockage that caused the problem in the first place. So, not a bad sign.... just keep record of it. After a few sessions you'll like ...

O, I am now sure it was a restored backup problem: some private messages I had deleted a few days ago for making space have reappeared.....

The energy (heat) of reiki will certainly help with rebuilding muscle tone. I've noticed it in back muscle where the back had problems (spine deviation to the right) with muscle loss on the left side. Just a few sessions (4-5) have helped to stimulate balance and lead to some improvement on the weak...

Just for the record: I had at least 2 posts missings that I know of. Haven't had the chance to check out the rest. One was my reply to Divakar's and the other was a fairly long post on the repetition of numbers in the Numerology section.

Latest news: Pilar will probably be allowed to go home by the end of this week. She will still need rehab and a lot of care, but at least she will be out of the hospital for good!
