Accuracy of biorythmns?

Can it be so, that the biorythmn chart can be the complete opposite how you actually feel?  For example: Your emotional wave be all the way at the bottom of the chart, and you feel absolutely great. :smt017

This is my first time in a forum of any sort

I am new to this, I don't even know that I am posting this message in the right place.  I'm not sure if I am replying to the other new person or what.  In any event I am trying to introduce myself as well.  I look forward to obtaining new knowledge and understanding from this web site...
