yes. Your conscious does not register the typing, but your subconscious does, and that is what counts. You will start do the changes without realizing it. It is a great self improvement tool.

I have had these same exact problems. The only thing i can figure out to fix it, is to lower the frequency of the flash to something like 15 or 20 seconds, to have more time to type or select. But you would think that that would decrease your productivity. So, i am in the same boat as you. If anyone...
