Yep, I used to have it, too. Some artists are amazing. But I think I must have given it away on one of my cleaning sprees...

I think I'll try to get the Guilded, even though I stopped buying decks for a few years. It looks great on your pics.  :smt007

javascript:emoticon(':smt041') Hallo! I just read how this year's course cannot be joined in from Dec 1st onwards.  :smt009  Shame! Never mind, that means I have more time to browse the lessons and get ready to submit homework when the next one starts  :smt003 , if that is alright? or...

Thanks for taking the time to answer: I see the time is widely varied -suspected as much-. As for sleeping on it, I read it yesterday on some other thread around here. I'm trying to join Gem's lessons because I find that intuitive approach fascinating and so easy to identify with. Actually, I know p...

Why so down? Is it the Christmas blues? I also get a little down near the winter solstice, when there is much less daylight and I can't wait for spring to come again :smt031 But it also sounds as if you could do with some nutrients that may be lacking: have you been dieting or something? I find a ni...

Hallo, Reikiwitch929! Not weird at all! In fact, it has happened so consistently to me that I tend to tell my seekers in advance of what to expect. They will usually ask about love chances with a possible partner and the cards will come out with the conflicts they are going through at that moment. T...

I believe the reason RW is the most widely used is not its being beautiful -although it seemed so to me at the time I first saw it and bought it, my very first, many many years ago-, but its being the easiest to read, through its simple but appealing lines and its primary colors jumping out if each ...

I've always been more interested in reading than in "being read". At first I had to practice mainly on myself. I hardly do it anymore because I got the feeling that cards tended to be harsher with me than when reading to others -of course, it probably means I'm ruthless when dealing with myself, alt...

Hallo! I find reversed amplify greatly the meanings, although it is true that you can get the same meaning through several cards, both upright and reversed. In fact, I sometimes find myself confronted with a Celtic Cross in which most cards seem to be shouting the same message, as if that message ha...

Beautiful indeed! specially for being photographed. Still, I found them a bit tiny myself. You see, instead of the standard shuffling, I cherish the method of really putting the deck back into absolute chaos -which I picked years ago from one of my favorite authors- by spreading the whole deck face ...

One thousand questions

:smt006 I just joined and am seething with questions, but I'll refrain myself lest I get lost or lose others. I started studying Tarot through books uncounted when I was thirteen or so. I remember being unable to make the jump from the "card labels" -like "good prospects", "disgrace" and so on- to t...

Still a bit dazed

Hallo, everybody! I'm immensely glad to know that this community exists - would that I'd known sooner-, since it seems to cover many of my main interests for the past 30 years or so and then some... I'm mostly into dream talk and tarot as a helpful tool for living, rather than the divination aspects...
