Can I Settle Abroad??

Respected Inderji, Sandhuji,
Can i plz request you to have a look at my chart and advice if i can settle abroad....I am planning to go for further studies(Masters) this fall in the US or Canada....would i be able to go there and later settle there permanetly?....My details are:
DOB:0-06-1978
TOB:11.40am
POB:Amritsar, Punjab
I am a female.

ooooooooooooopssssssssssss...i am sorry i messed up with my birth details...the date of birth is 06-0-1978.
