Rahu in the 7th house doesn't "MEAN" anything because Rahu in the 7th house exists in the context of the rest of the chart. Only within the context of the rest of the chart does Rahu in the 7th house take a full meaning.

Rahu in the 7th house however does contribute some factors. It indicates that there is great power in relationships particularly with the opposite sex. It may indicate an unorthodoxy in relationships, marriage to an unusual or powerful person, multiple relationships etc. Basially it means that there is tremendous external force in relationships - the rest of the chart will give the context in which that tremendous force will manifest specifically.

According to most Vaishnavas accepting Soor Das' description, Sri Krishna has Rahu in Scorpio in his 7th House.
