Parivarthana between 5th and 8th – this damnation?

Classics rule:

If the 5th lord is in the 8th, the native ill not have much progeny happiness, be troubled by cough and pulmonary disorders,
be given to anger, and be devoid of happiness.

If the 8th lord is in the 5th, the native will be dull witted, will have limited number of children, be long-lived and wealthy.

BPHS has left many instructions on damnation.

Whether is damnation when there is an exchange (Parivarthana) between 5th and 8th.
How to understand whose it damnation? (Snakes / wives / the father / mothers etc.)
How of it to get rid?
