The smile needs to get all the way up to the eyes.  you have some compassion, but a lot of judgement seems to go along with it.  

There is a strong sense of what you want but you have not considered the path to arrive there.  Be careful with those on the way up the ladder, you will surely meet them on the way down too.

While you expect a lot of self, you also expect so much more from others.  And you don't always share what you expect, but react when you don't get it.  Be sure to communicate if you wish to be acknowledged for your own talents and skills.  

While you don't suffer fools gladly, you judge fools strongly.  Be patient, we all have to learn in our own lessons.
