   Verities and Realities of your Existence.
   The Bliss of Growth,
   The Glory of Action,
   The Splendor of Beauty;
   For Yesterday is but a Dream,
   And To-morrow is only a Vision;
   But To-day well lived makes
   Every Yesterday a Dream of Happiness,
   And every Tomorrow a Vision of Hope.
   Look well therefore to this Day!
   Such is the Salutation of the Dawn!

What is Life

Post by Pravin Kumar » Sun May 11, 2008 2:04 am

[/sizBuddha:

Prasannaji,

Though all quotes are very good I liked the below mentioned of Lord Buddha the best. Just see a bud of a flower before you go to sleep in the night. When you wake up next morning you see a blooming fragrant flower. What happened in the night? From where did the flower gets its frangrance and how did it bloom? Who worked on it the whole night? Why does it take birth only in the night? Can anyone explain? It is nothing short of miracle and the working of HIM. So too we bloom when we go the right path tirelessly and in the morning we are ready to spread the fragrance.

  If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly, our whole life would change.

Love and magic have a great deal in common. They enrich the soul, delight the heart. And they both take practice.
