LIFE DOES NOT ALWAYS GO YOUR WAY AND SOMETIMES SOMETHING WILL GO WRONG. THAT IS THE EXCITEMENT OF BEING ALIVE. THE ONLY PLACE WHERE THERE IS NO PROBLEM IS THE GRAVEYARD.

You cannot solve the problems from the same place that you created them. You need neutral ground to find a solution.

It is ok to take a break when you are hurting. Make sure the break is not in the same environment as the hurt. Even taking a walk in the park is a break as long as it is not the same place where your troubles started.

Sometimes we do not know why we chose something over the other. However preference of one does not mean rejection or invalidation of the other.

If you are alive there is hope and where there is hope life and happiness will follow.
