Inspiration (Take a deep breath) and smile... :)

Perception and Reality...?

A serious experiment was in progress.
The professor had a frog on the table. He clapped and the frog jumped.
Then professor severed the sciatic nerves of the frog and clapped. The frog did not jump (nerves were severed)

Before he revealed the answer, professor asked Homer for his conclusion.

Homer: Sir, if one cuts the nerves going to the leg muscles, the frog becomes deaf!

Hmm...! Better late than never -- EVER...?
Dear friend,

Fortunately or unfortunately (depending on your point of view) the faulty conclusion which the professor reached based only upon his badly designed experiment is timeless. It could be easily duplicated at any time.

The positive teaching value of what you posted to the forums in late May of last year has not been decreased at all by the delay between it and the other member's responses.

No teaching is ever wasted, although it might take a while for its value to be recognised.

Which is exactly why I ask members not to be discouraged by not getting any immediate response to their efforts, as they often never know what positive thought seed has been planted in somebody else's mind by their few well chosen words.

Any positive responses which we do get to our postings should therefore be regarded as an added bonus. The icing on a cake which we wrongly thought had been forgotten in the dark back of the cupboard, out of sight and only apparently out of mind.

Nobody likes to feel permanently ignored and/or unappreciated. This delayed notice of interest and appreciation definitely comes better late than never, thanks to Kaycee and Talia.

Thank you everyone,

The erroneous conclusion was Homer's, not the professor's  :smt004

In divination too, symbols often remain as unlit candles...
