Can anyone tell me how beneficial it is to eat apricots? i really am interested in knowing this because not much about it is spoken on the net. at least i couldn't find.

Eating apricot is good for health.It is good source of Beta-carotene which helps to prevent the heart disease and cancer.

Apricot is a best fruit for your health. It is a useful source to get vitamin C, Beta-carotene, iron, potassium and minerals.
