3-Gimmel/Ghimel.

Suares:   Gimmel, no. 3, is the organic movement of every Beth/Bayt animated by Aleph.

Gimmel (3) is the archetype of all movement -- the motion of all Beths containing Aleph. It is primary that to move, space-time is necessary so it may be viewed as the primary seed of space-time, for to know motion is to know space-time. If Beth is matter, then Gimmel is space-time. So we see that Aleph-Beth-Gimmel are primary seeds or kernels to the world from which matter-space-time, the so-called arena that is existence is manifested. But without Aleph, mass-space-time is not possible.      Suares, Spectrograms

Gimmel is the third logical term in the formative/ontological alphabet. 1: Aleph: the contained. 2: Beth: the container 3: Gimmel: the relationship (linkage, functional movement) between the two: the motion (Gimmel) of matter (Beth) animated by Spirit (Aleph). If Aleph is Spirit, Beth is matter, in the sense of a generalized container for Spiritual/psychological energies. Gimmel is their interaction and the fruit thereof.

Gimmel is spelled Gimmel- Mem- Lammed   (3.40.30):   (uncontrolled) movement - passive resistance - (controlled) movement shows archetypal movement penetrating the biosphere (any pattern of biological resistance) and giving rise to organic, controlled, movement (biological equilibria).

3/Gimmel's archetypal movement, a direct result of the infinite energy of Aleph upon its containers (Beths) is infinite and uncontrolled -- it has not yet met the resistance of life (4/Dallet) -- although its structure (Mem-Lammed) is rooted entirely in the existential-level energies (40-30) of biological response and (controlled) movement.

Gimmel is, in fact, defined as a double (biological) movement: the uncontrolled outer flow of life (3) and the inner, controlled balance. Lammed, Ghimmel's mirror in existence reverses the equations. The outer, controlled movement of the same biological pattern is rooted in Dalleth, (archetypal) resistance (to uncontrolled Gimmel on the level above).

When we look at the hypothesis above. We have to remember that all matter, emotion and spirit is in motion and motion is in everything, be it contained or released!

The path from one to ten, has a significant attachment to the Major Arcanum. This we also see in the Archetypal, Existential and Cosmic levels of energy. Gimmel on it’s own and divorced from the other letters, creating it’s meaning or influence, is still in the Archetypal stage, with it’s extensions considered, we find it moving from Archetype, to Existential and finalising in the Cosmic.

Considering the “construction” of Gimmel;
Gimmel-Mem-Lammed.
Gimmel – 3 –      The Empress.                    Archetypal energy.
Mem—40—        Justice.                              Existential energy
Lammed—30—Wheel of Fortune.              Existential energy.

Doing the numerology in this we see 3+40+30=73, reduce to 10—Wheel of Fortune. It is in this equation that we can see, what and how the Empress has her importance, and the implication of the Three’s in the Minor Arcanum.

Another very significant approach, we get to ten once reduced, but in fact we need to reduce even further and we arrive at The Magician. And this is where we start seeing the inter-action and the cosmic dance between the “Life-Death” principal. The relevant resistance is only experienced in the Fours, in essence, we must now start considering that the “Motion” started in Aleph, contained and fulfilled in Beth, bring us to the root and fruit of Gimmel, the result, after which we will now see the active resistance and blockages originating in the fours, to continue in the fives.

Looking at Gimmel, it is impossible to assign Gimmel (Camel) to the High Priestess!

We are now looking at primary movement. The result of the seed planted (Aleph and Beth). We are looking at the energy (aleph), contained in an organic form (beth) and the resultant organic process or movement (fertility and the Empress).

This is an in-animate process, which has been elevated into our everyday-lives by Beth. It is a process by which we determine or directed the initial energies we were presented with.

Gimmel is then the first step in the formative processes we encounter in our Beth-ing each Beth. In easier terms, each thought process, results in another as it develops on it's own. As we start each cycle, we find a defined road as we have perceived it to be a possible route to follow. Here we are presented with the route. It's up to us, in which way we will accept the movement or how we will direct the first energy-thread.

Gimmel is the mode of transport, the bringing into this world that which has been perceived, contained and now developing.

In essence, did we plant our bean seed in the right way or upside down. If we planted upside down, we find the "seedling" developing a lot slower to be visible above ground. The seedling is now the Camel or Gimmel, mode of transporting the energies to create the final or ultimate form of a fruit bearing plant (Yod).

How are we now going to keep, develop and maintain our seedling, or Beths of Beth (thoughts of thoughts)? See it as the sprout, appearing above ground!

We need to look at this progression in it's typical and archaic development to be brought into the existential by the Aleph of Beths in Beth and the continuation of Gimmel in Dallet to Yod.

The interaction between all our "Alephs" moving into our Beths and Bething about Beths brings about Movement, in Gimmel transposing to Dallet (4)-Resistance.

The life-death principal in Aleph-Yod is a defined and structured sequence of which is animated into existence by Beth, moved by Gimmel and resisted by Dallet.

Easier terms; We have Aleph-Energy, contained in Beth-house or cell structure, moved by the fertiliser-Camel or Gimmel and resisted by the soil that surrounds our seed-(Dallet - the Emperor, formative structures).

We can see how obvious it is, that we need to tend that which we have, in a practical and sensible way, to achieve our ends, be it positive or negative. Our thought processes, linked to our comprehension, may lead us astray or on the right path.
