Quick pickled onions:-
Slice an onion into rings, put rings into a dish, sprinkle with sugar, cover with boiling water and leave for 1/2 hour.
Empty water from dish, cover rings with any sort of vinegar, leave for 1/2 hour then - eat!
These don't keep well so only make enough for 1 meal.
Some days you are the cart and other days the horse; either way you still get shafted.

Fruit Salad and Cheese

Cut up fresh fruits (your choices). Grate up some low-fat cheese--or cut it in small cubes, throw in some chopped walnuts or other nuts, and enjoy a tasty, nutritious breakfast.

I will try out Italian style rice in the near future. I am a fan of rices. They have a lot protein, which is healthy and useful for your body, muscles. This looks like a tasty meal.
Thanks for the share~ :)

I will share my recipe of pancakes.

Pancakes.

You will need:

-2 eggs
-a glass of milk, maybe 1+1/2
-some flavor, like a glass or 2
-a spoon of sugar and a spoon of salt
-you mix everything up
-you put them in a pan, and cook them till they become yellow-brownish

+ you can add some fruit yogurt on it, to make it more tasty.
Serve it together with milk, tea or beer. Whichever you like most. (joking about the beer)
