Right heres one for you Capricornians

Post by MoonGoddess » Sat Mar 31, 2007 1:41 pm

I was wondering as a Sagitarious how does one get on better with a Capricorn?  My partner is a Capricorn born on the 23rd of December, he is a twin.
May the Goddess enlighten you all, Blessed Be!

getting along

Well, a Sag. might be too magnanimous for a Capricorn.  A twin also could signify only a partial Capricorn. I have had many Sag. friends during my life but never could get romantically involved, tried, but it didn't work. I am a 27th dec. Capricorn with the cardinal Cross and lot's of air signs in my chart though no Gemini.

Caps and Sags'

I am a Capricorn and have always gotten on well with Sagittarian's, except for my Aunt in her later years!
We are the straightforward, serious side and the Jubilant, jovial Sagittarius is what we need sometimes to explore the things we overlook in life. Alos, if this guy and you are only a few weeks apart your overall chart will have many similarities. You slow moving planets, Pluto, jupiter, Neptune, Saturn and the Mercury and Venus are probaly the same or at least in near approximation by a few degrees. You will probably become best friends as well!

I am a Capricorn born on dec 28th. I am with an aries that is a couple years younger than I am. Although we have been together for 7 years we are not married and I am cautious about getting remarried. My first ex-husband was also an aries and we got a long to a certain extent but there were a lot that went wrong after the words I do were said so now I am cautious about the out come if we are to get married. However, I am a very outspoken person with allot of  hard headedness that would make many get annoyed with me no matter what the situation. However, I feel that although it shows that we are not compatiable in a variety of ways his actions seem as though he isn't fully aries, he was born April 8th. and we get along very well.

All depends where your 10 planets are in your natal chart and comparing them with the Cappi planets. Basically it's all maths, if the Saggi is late there is a good chance they may have venus or mercury in Cappi, and vice versa for Cappi -- if early they may well have venus or mercury in Saggi. One of the best combinations is someone venus conj sun sign.

You need to understand there is far far more to astrology than just ‘sun signs’ firstly there are 10planets in the sky and 12houses and any one of these 10planets can be in any one of these 12 houses – so there’s 144 possible combinations there –

What is vitally important is your ‘time of birth’ and nearest town and then go to free website like astro.com to calculate your natal chart, you may have to reduce the image in Extended chart selection to 63% save to your hard drive, then upload here.

Secondly you need to understand --  When a sun sign is conjunct a heavyweight planet from Saturn onwards, ie: Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, that sun person automatically becomes and honorary Saturian, Uranian, Neptunian and Plutonian cos the contact with very strong. Now obviously, you won’t know this until you get your free chart calculated from www.astro.com or many others astrologyweekly.com

Basic astrology
Now basically your sun sign is your 'core beliefs, values, ego' and Asc is your physical body, mode of expression and mask and persona that we all wear and hide behind, but definitely not what's going on underneath. What's going on underneath is your Sun sign. Moon sign, house placements and aspects describe your emotional and intuitive responses, also describes your view of your mother, as saturn describes your father by sign and house position.

So, think of a glass milk bottle the bottle is your Asc and your sun the milk, but the milk still has to 'come out' through the glass neck of the milk bottle....

Now aspects within a natal chart represent 'facets' of our personality, because we are all multifaceted beings. What these do is 'break down and compartmentalise' these facets into smaller bite size chunks. This does take quite a lot of self analysis and objectivity to 'see yourself' and why you do certain things and behave in certain ways. Actually it can be quite good therapy...

Remember back to your school days an opposition is 180', square 90', trine 120', and sextile 60' Now challenged aspects are conj (depending on the planets, cos some like each other and some really don't) squares and oppositions. Easy aspects are conj (if the planets get along) eg: Jupiter conj Moon, sextile and trine. Quincunx is inbetween (depending on the planets) causes health strains and unresolved or hard to balance planets/energies.

When looking at a woman’s chart the type of man she would look for is her sun sign and mars traits, plus 7th house planets and house cusp ruler and where that ruler was deposited.
When looking at a mans chart for the type of woman he would look for is his venus and moon sign and then 7th house planets and house cusp ruler and where that ruler was deposited.

Although synastry is a valuable tool with astrology it cannot 'make things happen' even if you have the best synastry in the world unfortunately..
