Island on any major line in the palm

There is an old Indian tradition that an Island or a yoni represents a hole in one's life that needs to be filled. Thus it is recommended that when one comes to an Island in the line, one should become a patron, a mentor, a supporter for someone else who appears worthy, but not ready yet to make his or her mark in the world. Obviously this means to divert attention, indulgence away from one's own missery, from the depression the subject being read may feal. If it is recommended that the subject concentrate his time and energy on helping someone else during the period of the island he will have fare less time and energy to worry about his own problems. My thought was that if a child were born in the relationship, the child might help the emptiness come to an earlier end as the person no longer has time for the depression. The problem of the island is in the subject being read, not the entire universe. I would try to help that
subject, not merely observe, "you are going to have a problem." By making these suggestions, one neither has to put fear in the subject nor to judge the subject. One can offer graceful solutions. Putting child, student, etc. in the womb (yoni, Yav, Island) does not always mean they must have a child.
