Dear Friend,

Fish is a term found in Indian Palmistry. Fish is found in Water. Hence Fish signs are seen on Mount of Moon which related to water and at the end of Life Line.

Hmm... Well there is a lot of info on the web about palm reading and some of it talks about a fish on the mount of jupiter meaning wisdom and such yet it is rather ambiguous the difference between a fish and an island.

An island meaning trouble and difficulty and a fish meaning spiritual wealth. It makes sense a fish to mean spiritual wealth that has come through trouble and difficulty only when the island has a tail making it a fish it denotes the ability to move through this trouble and flow with it through to it becoming a source of wisdom and appreciation for life.
