leaf mark - meaning

Hi,

I have found a well-marked leaf on my Apollo mount (rather below it: between heart and head lines, crossing a bit my heart line)
It looks like normal leaf, i.e tea leaf or something...

Any suggestions anyone what does it mean?  :smt007  thank you in advance. Love!

could you please post a picture of your palm?
Trying to practice as much as possible to get better and better at palmistry
