hello i was wondering where would you find your relationship and children lines on your hands? how to interpret it.

On my right hand, there is grille on mount of saturn just below second finger, I want to know about its meaning, it is a regular shape grille having 09 sections in rows of three.
Also my fate line ends just  after crossing heart line. there is another line that starts above it and this above line is very slight and thin.

please say what does it says.
