Palmistry: Circle in head line?

Does anyone know what it means to have a circle intersecting the head line?  It is a series of lines that form a circle touching, but not crossing, the heart line and not quite touching the life line. It is the size of a nickle intersecting the head line located just underneath the mount of Saturn and the mount of Jupiter.  Probably more under Saturn.  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
